Crystal Imagery had the honor of exhibiting our custom engraved whisky ( whiskey ), scotch and bourbon glasses  at the Whisky Live NY, New York show last evening hosted by Whisky Magazine. We had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people who love whisky, American whiskey, scotch, and bourbon. Some of the notable distilleries in attendance were Johnnie Walker, Four Roses Bourbon, Jim Beam, Knob Creek, Hudson Whiskey, Talisker, Crown Royal, Buchanan’s Scotch Whisky, Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey, Bushmill’s Irish Whiskey, George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey, Zacapa Rum, Moonshine University, Teeling Whiskey and William Wolf Pecan Bourbon to name a few!

With nearly 2000 consumers in attendance, a full buffet dinner, music, and whisky sampling from many of the best whisky distillers the room was full of good cheer.

We also had the distinct pleasure of meeting Andy Davidson, President of Glencairn Crystal, the company who has designed the world’s most loved whisky snifter. We left him with a gift- our best selling Shield and Banner Engraved Glencairn Glass with his own name deeply carved.

We met the delightful and extremely helpful, Leah Hutchinson of American Craft Distillers who shared some of her best connections in the industry.

We also found the gentlemen at the Kentucky Bourbon Trail to be extremely warm and inviting. We hope to make a trip to Kentucky in the next year or two so we can enjoy visiting their member distilleries and tour the Kentucky Bourbon Trail ourselves to learn about these fine distilleries and the delightful spirits they produce. Included in their prestigious line up are Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam, Four Roses, Wild Turkey, and Woodford Reserve.

There were other impressive media members present, including Tom Fischer of Bourbon Blog who’s contagious smile and dapper attire made me smile each time he passed by. He seemed very impressed with our collection of engraved bar glasses. We were honored he stopped by to chat.

We were also visited by The Huffington Post, Artisan Spirit Magazine and several folks from various European newspapers.

We handed out hundreds of brochures and business cards and had a fantastic time meeting so many fun-loving and spirited people. We look forward to attending again next year.
