We are contacted daily by customers seeking a special glass gift for a loved one. Whether it's an employer wanting to commemorate an employee's retirement, a sister wanting to give a special decanter or growler to her brother for his milestone birthday, or a special anniversary gift for mom and dad. Regardless of the customer's request, we make it happen. Our team, consisting of Laura, or customer service specialist, and Julie, our graphic designer, are top notch and always ready to help create the magic!

Thank you notes and photos flood into our inboxes! Our customers share the gift recipient's exclamations of delight over their custom barware gifts. And other customers even send photos of the gift being enjoyed by its new owner.

In this particular instance, I was contacted by my friend, Deanett,Ê a bride-to-be who wanted to create special wedding favors for her attendants. We custom designed a glass just for her, featuring the names of the bride and groom, the wedding date, and a favorite quote. Upon receiving her glasses, this bride gift boxed and wrapped each glass and even went so far as to put a custom sticker on each box with our Crystal Imagery logo and website so her wedding party would know exactly where these gorgeous glasses were made! How kind and cool was that?!

Next came the wedding toasting glasses. Of course the bride and groom would need some custom champagne flutes for the big day! We set about creating another custom design for Deanett and Tracey and as you can see in the attached photos, this beautiful couple enjoyed their toast in our custom Crystal Imagery champagne glasses.Ê
