Our Process & Policies

For logo orders, you will receive a proof via email.  Once you approve the proof, we typically ship in 1 to 3 business days. Tracking will be emailed.  Expect longer lead-times in November and December.  For personalized orders, you can expect to receive tracking in 1 to 2 business days.

NOTE: Crystal Imagery will replace or refund product broken in transit. Please provide a picture of the damaged product immediately after receipt. Send pics to sales@crystalimagery.com

NOTE: Custom products cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacture defect. Please be sure to examine your proof closely. Thank you

NOTE: Damaged or defective items will be refunded or replaced. Please provide a picture before disposing of the item. Small inclusions and bubbles are part of the manufacturing process in glassware and are not considered defects.

NOTE: Crystal Imagery is not responsible for breakage of glassware shipped outside of the USA once it leaves our warehouse. We package extremely well, but international orders pass through many hands and carriers are often not very careful with packages. Please place international orders at your own risk.

What is sandcarving? Sandcarving is a method of decoration where we carve into - not on - the glass. It is permanent and produces a 3D look and feel to the product.
