Sandcarving, also known as sandblasting, is a traditional artisan technique that uses a high-pressure stream of abrasive media to carve deeply into the glass surface. This process is entirely hand-masked and carved, allowing for exceptional control, depth, and detail.
High-end gifts, corporate awards, weddings, bourbon and whiskey connoisseurs, and anyone who values luxury craftsmanship.
Laser engraving uses a concentrated beam of light to mark the surface of the glass. At Crystal Imagery, we use UV laser engraving, a superior method compared to traditional CO2 lasers. UV lasers produce a cleaner, crisper mark with better contrast and consistency — especially on curved or clear glass surfaces.
Promotional giveaways, large corporate orders, gifts under a tighter budget, or situations where deep engraving isn’t essential.
